For Instructors
Reporting Final Grades: The Specifications Grading Grade Report Template Google Sheet is a customizable document that helps instructors enter, track, and report grades. The first tab centralizes all student grade entries and each following tab can be saved as a PDF and sent to students to report final grades.
Helping Instructors Track Assignments Each Week: The Specs Grading Course Bundles Progress Template helps instructors track how many assignments remain in bundles throughout the semester. This tool is built for a 14-week semester.
Helping Students Track Their Progress: Students can use the Specs Grading Progress Scorecard to enter absences and completions to plan and track progress.
For Students to Track Specifications Grading: I continue to create tools to help students understand how this grading framework works. In Fall 2023, I created a Yahtzee scorecard that was quite effective. Now, I wish I had used it the first week of classes.
